As a planner who designs transportation systems, I have learned that a certain urban form is generated by the transportation systems we choose to use. Los Angeles is one of the clearest examples of this. Transportation has always played a central role in making Los Angeles what it is. Through my art work, I hope to have captured some part of this aspect of our city.
